Cheesecake Dreams came about to help us increase the size of our family through adoption. It has always been my dream to adopt a sibling group so that they would not be separated from each other. Also to provide a loving home for them to create their own dreams and watch them reach each one. So we created Cheesecake Dreams to help us fullfil our dreams.
The recipe came from my mother who is a culinary chef that specializes in pastry, and is known as "The Cookie Lady" of NorthWest Arkansas. I grew up in a catering family that started with my great-great-grandmother. It was something that I loved being a part of, and wanted to pass on to my own children. My parents, two sisters and myself all went to the "Le Cordon Bleu, California Culinary Academy in San Francisco", and loved every minute of it. That is where I gained a greater love of becoming a Chef. As a family we love to cook, and we each have our own specialty. Mine is cheesecakes.
I married my best friend, who at first didn't do much cooking. Now we love being in the kitchen together and trying new ideas to share with others. He is not only a great Sous-Chef, but is also my best salesman, and biggest fan of the chocolate carmel cheesecake. In fact the Mini Bites were his creation, and one of our greatest sellers.
